Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Label and Post
Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, attach it to the front of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
